I'm 32 weeks and I cannot find a comfortable sleeping position. I wake up every hour. I'm exhausted and it's affecting work.
Left side sleeping is recommended as it improves blood flow to the baby. The game-changer is a full-body or C-shaped pregnancy pillow — put it between your knees, under your bump, and behind your back so you're fully supported. Also elevate the head of your bed slightly to reduce heartburn, which is a common night-waker at 32 weeks. Reduce fluids 2 hours before bed to cut down on bathroom trips.
I used a regular pillow fortress before I bought a pregnancy pillow — one under the bump, one between the knees, one behind the back. It worked surprisingly well. Also a short walk after dinner helps digest food so you're not lying there with heartburn.
