2. Information we collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver a personalised pregnancy wellness experience:

• Phone number - used for OTP-based sign-in. We never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Profile information - name, expected due date, and trimester details you provide when setting up your account.
• Usage data - pages visited, features used, and session duration, collected via privacy-respecting analytics to improve the Service.
• Payment information - order IDs and payment status provided by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank account details; those remain with Razorpay under their own PCI-DSS compliance.
• Progress data - journal entries, symptom logs, and community posts you create while using the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and provide access to purchased programs.
• To personalise your week-by-week pregnancy journey and content recommendations.
• To process payments and issue refunds where applicable.
• To send transactional communications (OTP codes, payment confirmations, refund notifications).
• To improve the Service through aggregate, anonymised analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers hosted within secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We implement access controls so that only authorised personnel can access personal data, and only to the extent required for their role. While we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, no system is completely immune to risk. Please use a secure device and keep your OTP confidential.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management (to keep you logged in) and may use first-party analytics cookies to understand how users navigate the Service. We do not place third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so will sign you out of the Service.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share your data with third parties only where necessary:

• Razorpay - payment processing. Subject to Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.
• Supabase / cloud hosting providers - database and infrastructure. Data is processed under data-processing agreements.
• Government or regulatory authorities - when required by law or valid legal process.

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (once in force), you have the right to:

• Access - request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction - ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure - request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent - opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

8. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
