1. About eazyPregnancy

eazyPregnancy (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website eazypregnancy.com and related applications (the “Service”). The Service provides doctor-backed wellness content, programs, community features, and tools for pregnancy, fertility, postpartum, yoga, and nutrition support for Indian mothers.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You sign in using your mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Programs and subscriptions

4.1 Monthly subscription programs

Most programs (Pregnancy Care, Fertility Care, Postpartum Care, Pregnancy Yoga, PCOD/PCOS Reversal) are offered as monthly recurring subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price unless you cancel. You authorise us to charge your saved payment method via Razorpay on each renewal date.

4.2 One-time purchase programs

Certain programs (such as Pregnancy Diet Care) are available as a single, non-recurring purchase that grants lifetime access to the program content. These are clearly labelled as “one-time purchase” on the program page and checkout.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

5.1 Monthly subscriptions - 7-day no-questions-asked cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription within 7 calendar days of the start date for a full refund, no questions asked. To cancel, go to “My Account”, find the active subscription, and tap “Cancel”. We will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Razorpay typically processes refunds within 5–7 business days.

Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing period. Access will continue until the end of the paid period and will not auto-renew.

5.2 One-time purchases

One-time purchase programs are non-refundable once purchased, as they grant immediate lifetime access to digital content. Please review the program details carefully before purchasing.

5.3 How to contact us about refunds

For any questions about billing or refunds, email [email protected] with your registered phone number and order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from the Service without our written permission.
• Post harmful, defamatory, or misleading content in community areas.
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical systems of the Service.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Service - including text, graphics, videos, program materials, and software - is owned by or licensed to eazyPregnancy and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the content solely for your own non-commercial wellness purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eazyPregnancy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect rights or obligations arising before the termination date.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by contacting you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
