Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato, cubed
- 1 cup chickpeas, drained
- 2 cups leafy greens
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Toss sweet potato and chickpeas with olive oil and paprika.
