Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.

Mix oats, flaxseed and baking powder in a bowl.

Whisk milk, egg, mashed banana and maple syrup separately.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the berries.

Pour into the dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until set.

Cool slightly, slice and serve warm.
