Ingredients
- 2 wild-caught salmon fillets
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and black pepper
