- Paneer, cubed – 150 g
- Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- Carrot, sliced – 1/2 cup
- Bell pepper, sliced – 1/2 cup
- Garlic, minced – 1 tsp
- Soy sauce (low sodium) – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Sesame/olive oil – 1.5 tbsp
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or pan; lightly pan-fry paneer cubes until golden on the edges, then set aside.
