Ingredients
- Whole wheat tortillas/rotis – 2
- Paneer, cubed and lightly pan-fried – 150 g
- Bell peppers, sliced – 1/2 cup
- Onion, sliced – 1/4 cup
- Lettuce – a handful
- Hung curd – 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan; sauté paneer cubes until lightly golden, sprinkle with chaat masala.

In the same pan, quickly sauté bell peppers and onion for 2 minutes (keep slightly crunchy).
